For over 15 years The Renovation Co-op and the development of its proprietary management platforms have been part of its long-planned, operational model for all of Canada and the U.S.

The overall renovation and home improvement industry remains virtually recession-proof; especially in larger cities such as Toronto, where even basic renovations will always prevail despite recurring negative issues with the economy.

And while the repair and renovation industry will always remain vibrant, the challenge has always been to provide a fully-managed, efficient fulfillment system for all types and levels of service requests.

As a longtime business model for all of North America The Renovation Co-op has accomplished just that, and we now ready to carefully and steadily expand all aspects of its operations, with Toronto remaining as the “flagship city.”

We now offer several types of participation for Private Investors/Lenders.

Examples:

Program 1:   Recurring Debt Instrument

Daily, Weekly or Monthly payback of principal with high-interest bonus payment at end of period.

Program 2:  For Private Mortgage Lenders:

Note: All mortgages to be arranged through a Co-op-Approved, Licensed Mortgage Broker.

If the client uses your mortgage funds for any level of repairs or renovations performed by a Co-op Member-Contractor, the lender shall receive an additional bonus paid directly by The Renovation Co-op.

Note: Mortgage does not have to be a “Construction Loan.” For example, the client may require a debt consolidation loan. However, there may be enough “room left over” to (at or below the lender’s LTV parameters or limit), for the client to purchase a repair or renovation project.
