Note: Attic/Loft conversions normally require a building permit. In addition, a zoning check will be required to ensure that the new added living space will fall withing municipal parameters.

If you have already hired your own architect for your drawings and obtained your permit, please fill out our Estimate Request Form. You will be contacted immediately for the processing of an estimate based upon your architects’ final drawings.
