The Renovation Co-op is a tightly managed network of General Contractors, Architectural Specialists and Single-Trade Service members.

All member-services are fully licensed and insured for their own specific trade categories, and are thoroughly screened and vetted for membership approval.

The Co-op also provides registered clients with free access to a select group of Professional Service Partners (finance, real estate, investment, accounting & bookkeeping, etc.) see Canadian Renovation Funding Program

The Renovation Co-op’s main function is to provide a safe & efficient environment for the purchase and fulfillment of every type and level of service requested by its registered clients.

Each registered client is closely “matched up” with the same type and level of service that is required to fulfill the client’s specific project.

Industry-Supported

In addition to all monthly administration fees paid by its members, the Co-op is supported through monthly contributions from independent businesses and organizations within the Construction Industry (suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, etc.) throughout Ontario and from limited areas across Canada.
